1. NSFW and Adult Content — Strictly Prohibited
LipPulse does not allow Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content of any kind. This includes but is not limited to:
- Pornography, sexually explicit material, or erotic content
- Sexualized depictions of real or fictional people
- Nudity or near-nudity intended to be sexually suggestive
- Any content sexualizing or involving minors — zero tolerance, immediately reported to authorities
2. Prohibited Content Categories
In addition to NSFW content, LipPulse prohibits:
- Hate speech, harassment, or content that incites violence
- Deceptive deepfakes or impersonation of individuals without consent
- Content promoting illegal activities, self-harm, or terrorism
- Spam, malware, phishing, or fraudulent content
3. Content Moderation
All user uploads and generated videos are subject to automated content moderation. We use production-grade moderation APIs to scan uploaded photos, voice samples, and scripts before processing. Content flagged as violating this policy will be blocked from generation.
Our moderation system screens for:
- NSFW imagery and explicit visual content
- Harmful or illegal text in scripts
- Unauthorized voice cloning attempts
4. Enforcement and Consequences
Violating this policy may result in:
- Immediate block of the violating content or generation request
- Temporary or permanent account suspension
- Termination of access without refund
- Reporting to law enforcement where required by law
We reserve the right to review and remove any content at our sole discretion.
