We collect only what's necessary to provide our service: your email address for account management, uploaded photos and voice samples for video generation, and script text for narration. We do not sell your data.
Photos, voice samples, and scripts are used solely for generating your requested videos. We do not use your content to train AI models. Videos are stored securely and accessible only by you.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Files are stored on Cloudflare R2 with access restricted to our rendering pipeline. You can request deletion of all your data at any time via your account settings.
Payment processing is handled by Creem. Voice cloning and video rendering are processed via secure API providers. No third party receives your raw photos or voice samples for any purpose other than rendering your video.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Contact support@lippulse.com for data requests. We respond within 30 days as required by applicable privacy laws.

If we enable Google AdSense or other Google advertising products, those services may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and similar identifiers to serve, measure, and prevent fraud in ads. Depending on your location and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. You can manage advertising preferences through Google's ad settings and your browser settings. We will update this policy and our consent controls before serving ads.
