You are responsible for the content you upload and generate. You must have the legal right to use any photos, voice recordings, or scripts you submit. You may not use LipPulse to create deceptive, harmful, or illegal content.
By using voice cloning, you confirm the voice sample is your own. Cloning another person's voice without their consent is prohibited and may violate applicable laws including the ELVIS Act.
You retain all rights to content you upload. Videos you generate belong to you and are cleared for commercial use.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact support.
LipPulse is provided "as is." We are not liable for content you generate or any damages arising from use of the service.
